Position: Supervisor- Operations

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Reports To: Operations Manager

Description:

The Operations Supervisor supports the Operations Manager across technical, administrative, and client-facing aspects of auto shows and related events. This role includes supervising team members, ensuring high performance, and delivering on customer expectations. The Operations Supervisor is expected to exercise sound judgment, work independently, and lead teams effectively.

Essential Job Functions:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors for marketing events and shows.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with performance and quality standards.
• Assist in financial budgeting and project forecasting.
• Identify and implement process improvements; develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Operations Manager
• Oversee team time and attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Drive shop efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of some college coursework in related field (e.g., marketing, business) required.
• Experience in manufacturing, marketing and customer service required.
